Welcome to Drink-Flavours.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flavours website and the purchase of the Flavours ready-to-drink (RTD) martini products. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Legal Drinking Age Requirement

• Verification: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from Flavours.

  • Falsification: Providing false information to circumvent age verification is a violation of these Terms and may be a criminal offense.
  • Right to Refuse: Flavours reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we suspect a user is under the legal drinking age.

2. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales & Shipping

  • Adult Signature Required: In accordance with federal and state laws, all deliveries of Flavours products require the signature of an adult (21+) with a valid government-issued ID.
  • Failed Deliveries: Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended. If a delivery fails because no adult is present, you may be responsible for additional shipping or restocking fees.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Due to the "Three-Tier System" and varying state regulations, Flavours only ships to specific authorized jurisdictions. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Wholesale and Trade Inquiries

  • Non-Binding Inquiries: Submission of a wholesale inquiry through the trade portal does not constitute a contract or a guaranteed supply agreement.
  • License Verification: All wholesale partners must provide a valid State-Issued Liquor License Number and EIN for qualification.
  • Asset Use: Approved wholesale partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Flavours digital sales sheets and brand assets for the sole purpose of marketing Flavours products.

4. Product Information and Consistency

  • Consistent Craft: While we strive for the highest level of precision in our 5x distilled premium spirits, minor variations in color or sediment may occur due to the use of natural botanical ingredients.
  • ABV Accuracy: All products are labeled with their Alcohol by Volume (ABV) in compliance with TTB standards.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final once the product has departed our fulfillment center.
  • Damaged Goods: If a shipment is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement or credit.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on this site, including but not limited to the "Flavours" name, logos, product descriptions and the "Art of the Home Pour" ritual, is the exclusive property of Flavours.
  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any brand assets without express written consent from our leadership team.

7. Limitation of Liability & Responsible Consumption

  • Responsible Drinking: Flavours promotes the responsible consumption of our products. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the misuse of alcohol.
